Preparing Candidates
We help prepare candidates to perform better on entrance exams, interviews and physical agility assessments.

Many fire departments assess potential employees through written exams, interviews, and physical agility assessments. Often times you have hundreds of applicants applying for only a few jobs. The competition can be steep.

The NDFDC provides candidates a competitive edge by providing additional training and resources. We notify our candidates about about upcoming workshops as they become available.
