The NWFDC is a collaboration of many fire service organizations looking to provide greater opportunities. These fire service organizations can provide mentorship, internship or volunteer opportunities for candidates within their service area or help connect candidates to other organizations.

Knowledge and experience help propel a candidate’s success. The NWFDC can help guide candidates to become more prepared to enter a career in the fire service.

Mentorship:
